Home Inspection Regulations Update

On June 6, the state posted the finalized regulations implementing the new home inspection law that was included in the Housing Bond Bill in 2024. The regulations will only apply to transactions with contracts entered into after October 15, 2025.

REALTOR® Code of Ethics
