REALTOR® Association of Central Massachusetts Honors Industry Leaders, Member Milestones, and Celebrates CEO’s 40 Years of Service
WORCESTER, MA — June 10, 2026 — The REALTOR® Association of Central Massachusetts (RACM) proudly celebrated excellence, leadership, and dedication within the real estate profession during its Annual Awards Celebration, recognizing outstanding members, milestone achievements, and a remarkable career dedicated to serving REALTORS® throughout Central Massachusetts.

In addition to recognizing the annual award recipients, RACM honored members who achieved significant milestones with the Association, celebrating years of membership.
A notable celebration of the night, honored Colleen Pappas, CEO of the REALTOR® Association of Central Massachusetts, for an extraordinary 40 years of dedicated service to the Association and its members.
Throughout her four decades with RACM, Pappas has been a driving force behind the Association’s growth, member services, professional development programs, and advocacy efforts. Her leadership has helped shape the organization while supporting generations of REALTORS® and industry professionals throughout Central Massachusetts.
To commemorate this remarkable milestone, Massachusetts State Senator Michael Moore and District Director Doreen Goodrich joined the celebration to present Pappas with an official Commonwealth of Massachusetts Proclamation, recognizing her outstanding contributions, leadership, and decades of service.
“Colleen, your impact extends far beyond this Association, and others have joined us this evening to recognize this remarkable milestone,” was shared during the presentation honoring her achievements.
The proclamation highlighted Pappas’ unwavering dedication to the REALTOR® community and her significant role in advancing the real estate profession across the region.
“Forty years of service is an extraordinary accomplishment,” said Nate Daniel, 2026 RACM President. “Colleen’s leadership, vision, and commitment have made a lasting impact on RACM, our members, and the communities we serve. We are honored to celebrate her legacy and the countless contributions she has made throughout her career.”
