In a memorable ceremony on Thursday, January 4, 2024, The REALTOR® Association of Central Massachusetts (RACM) set the stage for an extraordinary year ahead with their Annual Installation of Officers and Directors. Hosted at the Southbridge Hotel and Conference Center, this momentous event served as a vibrant celebration, honoring both the outgoing and incoming leaders and officers who shape the course of the REALTOR® association.

REALTOR® Cherie Benoit of Keller Williams Realty Pinnacle Central was sworn in as the RACM President for 2024. After a successful year, of recognizing the association’s Centennial Anniversary, Cherie Benoit is succeeding Lee Joseph, the 2023 RACM President. The additional officers installed include: Stephanie Bayliss, President-Elect; Nate Daniel, Vice President; Hejoma Garcia, Secretary; Leif Rosseland, Treasurer; Lee Joseph, Immediate Past President
