Local REALTORS® Sworn In as the 2026 Officers & Leaders 

On Thursday, December 11, 2025, the REALTOR® Association of Central Massachusetts (RACM) hosted its annual Installation of Officers and Leaders, welcoming the 2026 leadership team. The event took place at the Boys & Girls Club of Worcester and brought together members to celebrate both outgoing and incoming officers and leaders who dedicate their time and expertise to advancing the Association.

During the ceremony, REALTOR® Nate Daniel was officially sworn in as the 2026 RACM President. Nate is a REALTOR® with Keller Williams Realty Boston Metrowest and succeeds Stephanie Bayliss, who served as RACM President in 2025.

The additional officers installed for 2026 include:
John Millen, President-Elect (Lamacchia Realty); Jenny Cote, Vice President (RE/MAX Diverse); Michelle Wesson, Secretary (Lamacchia Realty); Patrick Kennedy, Treasurer (Lamacchia Realty); and Stephanie Bayliss, Immediate Past-President (MA Homes LLC). 

RACM also congratulates the following members who were sworn in as 2026 Directors:
Michael Barbera, Jonathan Boisjolie, Konstantina Choros, Lynn Grden, Elisha Lynch, Maribeth Lynch, Zantia Seda, and Cheryl Taylor.

Congratulations as well to the 2026 Alternate Directors:
Andrea Castinetti, Deanna Faucher, Terri Grimes, and Almafis Rodriguez.

The Installation ceremony highlighted RACM’s ongoing mission to foster strong leadership, collaboration, and service within the Central Massachusetts real estate community. The newly installed officers and directors will continue to uphold the Association’s commitment to professionalism, advocacy, and support for REALTORS® as they pursue excellence in the industry.
