Your annual dues include membership at all three levels of the REALTOR® organization:
Your dues support advocacy, professional development, member resources, communications, networking opportunities, community programs, and other services available throughout the year.
Beginning with 2027 membership dues, annual dues invoices will be issued on January 1.
Annual membership dues must be paid by January 31.
A $100 late fee will be applied beginning February 1. Membership may be suspended or terminated if the outstanding balance is not paid by the final deadline.
Yes. RACM offers an optional six-month payment plan. The payment plan is available only for the upcoming membership year and requires automatic recurring payments.
Members must enroll during the designated enrollment period before annual invoices are issued. Payments are then automatically processed monthly from October through March.
No. Members must enroll in the payment plan each year and provide current payment information.
No. Because payments begin before the annual billing cycle, members must enroll during the announced enrollment period. Late enrollment cannot be guaranteed.
Complete RACM’s online payment-plan enrollment form during the enrollment period. You will be asked to review the terms and provide a valid payment method for automatic monthly payments.
No. Unless you are enrolled in RACM’s approved payment plan, the full outstanding balance is due by the annual payment deadline. Partial payments do not prevent late fees or suspension unless you are enrolled in the approved payment plan.
Members may pay securely online through their RACM member account. Additional payment options may be available by contacting the RACM office.
Log in to your RACM member account and navigate to the Billing or My Invoices section. If you cannot locate your invoice, contact RACM for assistance.
Yes. A broker or office may submit payment on a member’s behalf. However, individual members remain responsible for ensuring that their dues are paid by the deadline. Members should confirm payment has been received by RACM before the deadline.
Membership dues are nonrefundable once paid. Members should contact RACM promptly if they believe a payment was made in error. They are not refundable after January 1.
Membership dues may be deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense; however, a portion of REALTOR® dues is not deductible due to lobbying activities. Members should consult a qualified tax professional. RACM will provide the applicable nondeductible percentage or amount each year.
RACM will notify you if a payment is unsuccessful. You will be responsible for updating your payment information and resolving the missed installment promptly. Additional fees or membership consequences may apply if the balance remains unpaid.
Yes. Payment information may be updated before your next scheduled payment. Members are responsible for ensuring their payment information remains current to avoid declined transactions.
Contact RACM before making changes to your membership. Staff can explain how a transfer may affect your local, state, and national dues obligations.
Notify your broker and RACM as soon as possible. Resigning from an office or allowing a license to become inactive does not automatically cancel REALTOR® membership or an outstanding financial obligation.
Local, state, and national dues may be prorated based on the month of application. Application fees, orientation requirements, and other charges may also apply.
Members seeking reinstatement may be responsible for outstanding dues, applicable late fees, and a reinstatement fee. Requirements vary depending on how long the membership has been inactive.
Yes. Designated REALTORS® are responsible for maintaining accurate office rosters and may be financially responsible for individuals affiliated with their office who hold an active real estate license but are not REALTOR® members or otherwise exempt.

Yes. Members may pay the remaining balance in full at any time without penalty by contacting the RACM office.
Missing a payment does not automatically cancel your membership. RACM will notify you of the missed payment and provide instructions for bringing your account current. Continued missed payments may result in cancellation of the payment plan, assessment of late fees, and suspension or termination of membership.
Yes. RACM will send reminder notices before the annual due date and, when applicable, prior to payment plan enrollment deadlines. Members are responsible for maintaining a current email address with RACM.
Beginning with the 2027 membership year, dues invoices will be issued on January 1 to better align the billing cycle with the membership year. This change was made following member feedback and recommendations from the Dues Subscription Presidential Advisory Group (PAG).
The complete dues schedule, payment plan terms, deadlines, and membership policies are available on the RACM website.
