RACM congratulates Jenny Cote, RACM Executive Team member and REALTOR®, on being named the 2026 Massachusetts REALTOR® of the Year.

WORCESTER, MA — September 9, 2026 — The REALTOR® Association of Central Massachusetts (RACM) congratulates Jenny Cote of RE/MAX Diverse in Leominster on being named the 2026 Massachusetts REALTOR® of the Year by the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR).

Cote demonstrates leadership and service at the local, state, and national levels of the REALTOR® organization. Cote has a strong focus on advocacy, education, inclusion, and strengthening the profession.

At the national level, Cote has served on the National Association of REALTORS® Diversity Committee, Fair Housing Policy Committee, and Strategic Plan Review & Recommendations Working Group. She has also represented REALTORS® at NAR Legislative Meetings and NAR NXT.

At the state level, Cote serves as an Alternate Director for MAR, chaired the Government Affairs Committee, and participates in the Diversity, Inclusion and Member Engagement Task Force. She also serves as a State Political Coordinator and is a Major Investor in RPAC. Cote regularly translates MAR press releases into Spanish, helping make important industry information more accessible to Spanish-speaking REALTORS®.

Cote is currently Vice President of RACM and has served as a Director, Alternate Director, Government Affairs Committee Chair, and member of the Policy Workgroup. She is also active in the association’s programs, events, and strategic planning efforts.

Beyond the REALTOR® organization, Cote teaches first-time homebuyer classes in Spanish through NewVue Communities and holds professional designations including ABR®, AHWD®, CPS®, and SRS®, along with completing NAR’s Fairhaven training.
