The Commonwealth of Massachusetts requires that real estate licensees complete at least twelve (12) hours of continued education every two (2) years.
For Licensing Renewal purposes, please upload your certificate(s) of completion of continuing education at the time of renewal. The system will not stop you if you do not but it is best practice to provide the certificate(s) at the time of renewal so the Board already has them.
