REALTOR® Education Grants

The REALTOR® Association of Central Massachusetts is excited to offer the following four grants through our Grant Program to help assist members in subsidizing costs to obtain relevant continuing education/experiences.

Grant Rules/Guidelines: 

  • No REALTOR® member can receive more than one grant per calendar year.
  • Grant recipients must submit paperwork proving attendance within 14 days of the event.
  • RACM will mail a check to reimburse the award recipient after the submitted proof of attendance paperwork has been reviewed and approved.
  • The grant must be used by December 31, 2024.

Education Grants for 2024

This grant will assist up to 3 members seeking to attend a local, state, or national REALTOR® training course, REALTOR® Designation, or REALTOR® Conference.

The grant will be in the amount of up to $500.00.

Requirements:

  • Must be a REALTOR® member in good standing of RACM.
  • Must indicate in the application what course, training, or conference the grant will be used for.
  • The applicant must provide a letter of endorsement/nomination from the Broker (Submit a PDF).
  • BOD Members are NOT eligible to apply.

The REALTOR® Association of Central Massachusetts has established a Grant Program to assist one selected RACM member who wants to attend an NAR Legislative Meeting in DC.

The stipend of $1,000 will assist in the financial cost of attending this event.

Requirements:

  • Must be a REALTOR® member in good standing of RACM.
  • The applicant must provide a letter of endorsement/nomination from the Broker (Submit a PDF).
  • BOD members may apply.

This grant will assist up to 3 members seeking to obtain a real estate-related designation (such as GRI, CBR, CRS, etc.).  The Association supports the efforts of REALTORS® looking to further their education through these classes and has allocated funds to assist in the financial cost of these classes. 

A limited amount of funding is available for each year, allowing for up to 3, $250.00 grants awarded for the Spring of 2024.

Grant Recipients will be notified by: Tuesday, April 15, 2024

Requirements:

  • Must be a REALTOR® member in good standing at RACM.

This grant will assist up to 3 persons in the real estate field who are seeking to obtain a related designation (such as GRI, CBR, CRS, etc.).  The Association supports the efforts of REALTORS® looking to further their education through these classes and has allocated funds to assist in the financial cost of these classes. 

A limited amount of funding is available for each year, allowing for up to 3, $250.00 grants awarded for the Fall of 2024.  

Deadline to Apply: Friday, August 30, 2024

The grant recipient will be notified by: Monday, September 16, 2024

  • Must be a REALTOR® member in good standing at RACM.
