Recognizes a REALTOR® member who is new to the business and who embodies the REALTOR® culture by focusing on professional development and professional growth.

Requirements:

• Must be nominated by your broker
• Must be a full-time REALTOR® licensed for 24 months or less
• Number of hours in attendance at any education program given by RACM
• Number of designation or industry-related college courses
• Community involvement
• Production – number of transactions
