The REALTOR® Association of Central Massachusetts held its 100-Year Centennial Gala and Awards Celebration on Wednesday, June 28, 2023, at Mechanics Hall, to honor excellence in service to the Association, the Central MA community, and the real estate industry.
The prestigious REALTOR® of the Year Award, chosen by over 2,000 members, was awarded to Lee Joseph, of Coldwell Banker Realty.

Recognizes REALTORS® for their accomplishment of outstanding levels of production in real estate transactions during the calendar year.

Recognizes a REALTOR® member who is new to the business and who embodies the REALTOR® culture by focusing on professional development and professional growth.
Recognizes a RACM REALTOR® member for outstanding ethics and professionalism; for courtesy and cooperation in the listing and selling of real estate. Service on an Association committee is not required.
