REALTOR® Scholarships for 2023

The REALTOR® Association of Central Massachusetts is excited to offer the following 5 Scholarships through our Scholarship Program to help assist members in subsidizing costs to obtain relevant continuing education/experiences.

Please note: No REALTOR® member can receive more than one scholarship per calendar year. Member must submit paperwork proving attendance within 14 days of course. RACM will mail a check to reimburse after receiving proof of attendance. Scholarship be used by December 31st, 2023.

2023 Top Producer Applications Close on January 31, 2023!

The REALTOR® Association of Central Massachusetts seeks to recognize REALTORS® for their accomplishment of outstanding levels of production in real estate transactions during the 2022 year.We are reaching out to let you know that the 2023 Top Producer Application is LIVE!If you have not yet done so, please be sure to complete the online application by January 31, 2023.

Are you a 2023 Top Producer?

This award may be given to Individual REALTORS® and REALTOR® Teams. Approximately 5% of RACM members will be eligible for this award.

The REALTOR® Association of Central Massachusetts Top Producer Awards is one of our most popular awards!These awards are presented in three levels: Ruby, Emerald, and Diamond.NOTE: You must be in good standing with RACM in order to be eligible to apply. If you haven’t already, take a moment to pay your 2023 Membership Dues by calling (508) 832 – 6600 or paying online HERE.

Dues must be paid in full by the Application Deadline or you must be previously enrolled and in good standing on the Payment Plan.

2023 Installation of Officers and Directors

Local REALTORS® Sworn In as 2023 Officers & Directors at REALTOR® Association of Central MA

Worcester, MA {December 12, 2022}— On Tuesday, December 6, 2022, the REALTOR® Association of Central Massachusetts (RACM) held their annual Installation of Officers and Directors for 2023 at Worcester Country Club, in Worcester, MA. Local REALTORS® were inducted into leadership positions that will help promote and educate homeownership for all.

Lee Joseph, REALTOR® at Coldwell Banker Realty, Worcester, was sworn in as the RACM President for 2023. Lee has been a REALTOR® for 38 years and is heavily involved with RACM and the local community, sitting on the Boys and Girls Club Board of Directors, The Leadership Council for UMass, and an avid supporter of The Hanover Theatre.

At RACM, Lee has chaired the Professional Standards Committee, Professional Standards Hearing Panel, Public Relations Task Force, Communication Committee and Mediation Committee.  She has also been a member of the Board of Directors, C2EX Task Force, Executive Committee, Finance Committee, Nominating Committee, Strategic Planning Committee, and Ombudsman and Mediator.  Lee is also on the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) Board of Directors and is a graduate of and has completed MAR’s year-long Leadership Academy Program in 2022. Lee has also been a long-time contributor to the REALTORS® Political Action Committee and is currently a Crystal R Major Investor member.

Joseph states,

“I would like our membership to consider these 3 “M’s” as you start 2023: Master, Mentor and Make a Difference. Find more ways to educate yourself with classes/designations and master your craft. Be a mentor or find a mentor enabling the sharing of ideas and an elevation in professionalism in our industry. Make a difference in your community by giving back. How will you Master, Mentor, and Make a Difference in both your personal and professional lives?  Look within yourself for those answers.”

The following individuals were installed as Officers on Tuesday: President-Elect Cherie Benoit of Keller Williams Realty Greater, Worcester, Vice President Stephanie Bayliss of MA Homes LLC, Northborough, Secretary Nate Daniel Stewart of Lamacchia Realty, Inc. Worcester, Treasurer Leif Rosseland of Coldwell Banker Realty, Worcester and Sturbridge, and Immediate Past President Kathy McSweeney of Lamacchia Realty, Inc. Worcester.

2022 Installation of Officers

On Friday, December 3, 2021, The REALTOR® Association of Central Massachusetts held their annual Installation of Officers and Directors for 2022 at Polar Park in Worcester, MA. Local REALTORS® were inducted into leadership positions that will help promote and educate homeownership.

REALTOR® Kathy McSweeney of Lamacchia Realty Inc., Worcester, was sworn in as the RACM President for 2022. Kathy has been a REALTOR® for over twenty years and is heavily involved with RACM and the local community. Kathy has chaired the Community Action Committee and the Member Engagement Committee.  She has also been a member on the Board of Directors, Community Action Committee, Executive Committee, Finance Committee, Government Affairs Committee, Grievance Committee, Nominating Committee, Strategic Planning Committee, Volunteer Task Force, and the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors.  Kathy is also a Sterling R Major Investor for the REALTORS® Political Action Committee.

McSweeney stated,

“As REALTORS®, we are doing important work.  We are responsible for protecting personal property rights and making the dream of homeownership available to everyone.  That is a huge responsibility! But, we, as REALTORS®, have the unique skill set, influence, and power to make a difference.  That’s who we are!”
